Can I use this in US?
Can I use one eSim on multiple devices?
No. One QR code activated on the device, you can not use the QR code on other devices. If you want to use on another device, you have to purchase a new plan.

Can I activate eSim at the airports?
Yes, You need stable internet connection to activate eSim. Each airport in Canada provides free wifis( ex:“Toronto Pearson Public Wi-Fi” from Toronto Pearson International Airpor, "@yvrairport" from Vancouver International Airport ). After having connection to wifi, you can activate eSim.
How can I check if my phone is compatible with an eSim?

I plan to visit Vietnam multiple times over a period of 30 days. Do I need to purchase an eSIM every time I visit?
No. Just turn off your eSim when you leave from Vietnam and turn on your eSim when you come back to Vietnam
Can I top up only the data if I have used up all my data allowance?
Yes, but only the plan included voice and sms is possbile. Just contact customer support to get help.
Why do I have to send my passport copy to you?
Under Telecommunication Act, long term plans with DATA/SMS/CALL require cutomer information.
