Refund Policy
To receive a refund, the following conditions must be met: 1.The eSIM must be purchased from boasim.com. 2. The eSIM must not be activated. 3. If the eSIM is activated, a refund will be provided for the remaining amount after deducting a USD 3.45 processing fee, based on the proportion used, within 1 hour of activation. No refund is possible if data has been used after that period. 4. The eSIM must have been purchased within the last 3 months. 5. If there are network connection issues or activation problems, an immediate replacement with a different SIM is possible. Please contact help@boasim.com. 6. In case of other usage problems, refunds are possible after deducting a USD 3.45 processing fee and based on the proportion of the amount used. 7. If you do not contact us from the location of use and request a refund after your trip, it might be impossible to refund as we can't accurately determine the reason for the refund. 8. If the device does not work at all due to a problem, and no usage has occurred, a refund is possible even after the trip, within 7 days of return. 9. In most cases where issues arise, please contact us immediately as we are usually able to resolve them.
